Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness and the teachers are highly motivated, fully trained and always aim to meet your training goals in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. The class timetable provides aerobic, muscle conditioning and dance orientated class workouts. They are designed for all levels of fitness.

Guests
All members can sign in guests at any time for only £5 per day visit. All our memberships include access to all our facilities at all times including classes, gym and steam room.
ABS Attack | A workout just to focus on your core muscles from every angle! |
Aerobics | Aerobics classes combine rhythmic dance based routines to music. They are made up of aerobic exercise, stretching and strength training with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. |
Boxercise | Circuit training style of class but with boxing style activities. This is a non-contact class but it is great for fitness and muscle conditioning. |
Circuit | A range of exercises using equipment on stations, covering all aspects of fitness, strength, stamina and co-ordination. |
HIIT | A workout focusing on short-bursts of activity helping to raise the metabolism, burn more fat, increase strength and endurance. |
LBT | This class will focus on toning up the “problem areas” of those legs, bums and tums. |
Pump | Resistance training with a barbell. Great for toning and strengthening. |
Step | A low impact class designed to work you heart and lungs for improved cardiovascular fitness. Using an adjustable step box movements are performed on and off the box. You will be giving your lower body muscles a good workout: strengthening and toning you bottom, thigh and abdominal muscles, your class will also incorporate exercises using the arms to increase the calories burned during your class. |
Tone | Tone class is a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, improving functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination. It is also excellent for improving vital core strength. |
Zumba | Zumba is the name of a dance fitness program created in Colombia during the 1990s. Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, and targets every major muscle group in the body. |
